Sainath Jagriti Gramin Vikas Sansthan

Sainath Jagriti Gramin Vikas Sansthan is a grassroots voluntary organisation based in Gorakhpur, a city in eastern part of Uttar Pradesh, the most populated state of India. The organisation came into being in 2009, with the motive of uplifting rural and urban poor of the society. It acts as a supplement to government agencies in their efforts. Over the years the organisation has conducted various programmes and activities, all aimed at empowerment of the target people.

Vision

To establish such a society in which everyone's basic needs are fulfilled and the people live in violence free atmosphere of self-respect without any kind of exploitation or discrimination.
